Almost any car can be saved, there are lots of good weld in repair panels out there. Try to sell it before cutting it up. Once it's gone it's gone forever.
I bought a 70t and found more rust than I bargained for. I bought a mig welder and have put in a new floor, rocker panel kits and longitudinal repair panels on both sides. It won't be a show car but certainly a go car.
