Well, reserved a spot in the 22 April HPDC being held at Summit Point, WV. Through my employer I have some performance driving seat time but it is a bit dated and I am unsure of whether it would be deemed applicable..so I'm starting from scratch. This also allows me to dip the ol' toe in the track water without laying out $$ for at DAS rollbar and other items I would need in a DE event. Other than my own rustiness, part of me is unsure of whether I want to expose my Cab to the unknown driving abilities of others out there...plus the wear and tear on the car itself. I know it is a 911 but.....I suppose I am hoping the HPDC experience will give me the answers. I am also hoping my insurance company starts covering DE events in VA soon (Ameican Collectors).

I am very much looking forward to the event, it is only about 30 minutes from me and I look forward to running the car fairly hard without fear of the radar gun...
