I have a fiberglass rear bumper without cutouts. But I have a magnaflow style muffler. My exhaust tips are pointing down and do not poke out beyond the bumper. Some people I have found do not like this due to the fact that you can not see them. Works for me. You may have to get another muffler. You could just go back to stock and have a shop weld a different tip on that curves it's way under bumper and out.
