Steve, the cast iron headers will be the heavy ones. I think they were used on the early models so they will probably be the ones from the 84. If you are trying to minimize weight for the track, then stay with the steel headers...just watch for cracks on the one for cylinders 1 and 4. If they are cracked, they can be welded but you have to maintain the hole pattern so they bolt back up by using a template.
