H.O. Alternator
I finally got around to calling Carquest about the alternator. The salesperson I talked to this time was able to look it up and it shows as being used in a number of Porsche vehicles and the volswagen transporter (Whatever that is).
For those of you looking. The part is at Carquest Auto Parts. Their part number is 14062. States it will fit 1975 to 1979 Porsches, some 914's, and the Volkswagen Transporter.
I will try and crawl under the car tonight and see if I can get the OCA part # as well.
It required very minor modifications to fit and has run flawlessly so far
