Looks like a nice copy of a Recaro Pole Position (PP.)..and a bit more pricey than the very equivalent looking NEX and FK seats that were discussed here...and can be had for as low as $200/each.
It seems the key factor is if the manufacturer went to the trouble and expense of certifying the seat to FIA regs.... Recaros's do ( like Sparco and Cobra , for example)...and this certification process must play into the pricing structure. The FK and NEX seats, besides being knock-offs that are meant to be sold at a lower price point...don't have this certification. Doesn't mean they're worse...just means they're not certified. If you run your car in sanctioned events...better check this aspect to guide your purchase decision...here too with these seats.
