Here is a little list of what's been done to it
The car is registered as an 82 911 SC. I have this car since 1992 (almost 15 years), it's a 2 owner, clean title, no accidents, original 71k mile car. I just always wanted an RSR and finally, when the opportunity was there, it took me about a year to build it.
Everything on the car is new, except for the tub, roof, rear window and the doors. All the body parts came from
www.gt-racing.com
It has carbon fiber hood and rear lid with spoiler, fiberglass front and rear bumpers, fiberglass front fenders and rear quarter panels. Also, all the seals: (hood, trunk, winshield, rear window, sunroof, doors, bumpers), front H4 Euro headlights, rear Euro tail lights are brand new. It has very rare Euro RS side mirrors with custom made wide angle glass.
Interior has new headliner, brand new winshield, all new seals, custom made carpet and porsche mats (also made to order to suit this car), 4 pt Automotion roll bar, custom carbon fiber door panels and carbon fiber dash, Custom alluminum door handles, RS door straps, Recaro SRD seats with 4 pt harness.
It also has $5k custom sound/navigation/DVD system with built in touch screen display, door speakers, tweaters, etc.. (you can see the built up process in the pics). The rear area is covered with alcantara/suede including rear panels, rear shelf and the area around custom made 2 little seats in the back.
Also, the front door panels have custom made Alcantara/suede panels and the sun visors are Alcantara/suede. The gauges are from North Hollywood speedometer (200 MPH Speedometer) with Performance Products aluminum rings around them, carbon fiber instrument cluster surrounding. It has Aluminum pedals and floorboards (both driver and passenger).
Momo suede steering wheel (brand new), suede shift boot (new), momo shift knob (new)
Car has alarm system and air horns, 30% (very light tint), custom power locks. New optima battery with custom alluminum battery bracket (required for the track use), cut off switch, fire extinguisher.
Motor is 87 3.2L with less than 45k miles. The swap was done by the GD Racing in San Bruno, CA. It has brand new racing clutch ! Before swaping the motor, we did the complete tune up. It also has the authority stand alone engine management with custom chip in a specially programmed DME. It has custom made exhaust with Bursch rear muffler redesigned for the RSR application. Lightweight flywheel. Car revs like a motorcycle ==> vrooom vroooooooom
It also has all new oil lines, high performance oil cooler in the front.
Brakes are 944 Turbo calipers with cross drilled rotors (new) Turbo Hawk Brake pads (new) in the front and stock calipers with cross drilled rotors (new) in the back, stainless steel lines. Custom made 72mm studs for the rims.
Suspension - All 4 new Bilstein sport shocks, new turbo tie rods, new rear adjustable sprinplates, weltmeister bar, weltmeister front and rear tow hooks.
Wheel are very special, they are custom made, ultra rare, original 3 piece BBS made to order.
Front is 10.5x16 with 245/45/16 tires and the rear is ( r u ready? ) 14x17 with 315/35/17 tires which are Brand new Yokohama Advan 032R (less than 200 miles on tires). The lips are enormous and are polished and they look absolutely freaking sick !
Car has $500 invisible bra clear plastic protection (of course custom made) on hood, front fenders, front bumper, rear quarters and mirrors. The guy spent 2 days making and applying it.
A/C System - full Griffith A/C conversion (new compressor, Rear Deck Lid Condenser, rearward mounted Kuehl Condenser, Front Condenser, Evaporator, Expansion Valve, The Kuehl Vent etc...)
Everything has been professionally done, this was not a hack job, the crafsmanship is superb on this car. Yes, I dumped an insane amount of money into it but it is also one of the best looking, handling and fun giving cars I've ever owned.
So what do you think this car is worth?
