Sounds like you need to clean your oil cooler firstly...alot of crud works its way into the fins and reduces the thermal cooling efficiency.

Its time for an oil cooler upgrade. I will going this route next month as my 930 gets pretty hot in stop and go traffic once I am moving its OK.

For the oil leak(s) there are no oil lines around or near the CIS except maybe the oil feed line to the turbo which is notorious for leaking and a pain to get to. Check your valve covers as they are a huge leak source. Otherwise (sorry to say) if the leak is really bad..time for a case re-seal.

Try running regular Dino Castrol GTX 20W50 if you are currently using Synthetic.
