Do you Flash?
I just returned from the mall. While in the lot, I flashed my lights at a fellow Porsche driver acknowledging him and his fine German car. The fellow actually turned around thinking I was trying to get his attention. I explained that this was merely a way of acknowledging a fellow Porsche owner. He said he'd never heard of this practice. This is not something that I ever thought about, I just did it. Come to think of it, this is something that I don't see as often as I use to.
Do you guys still flash your lights at oncoming Porsche drivers or is this Porsche Etiquette now outdated? I was either taught or told, I don't remember which, that this was part of Porsche etiquette. If it is still practiced, what has happened in the last several years that so few Porsche drivers still do it?
