My symptoms are similar, except that I can get back to a bright, single indicator by getting my foot off the brakes or goosing the throttle a bit. I've been thinking it's a ground issue, but haven't had a chance to pursue it.

Today (yesterday actually) I hit a bump and lost my headlights and driving lights (and had my wipers come on at the same time.) When I got to work, I stopped and could hear something buzzing when I turned on the headlights. Turned out to be the headlight relays (Sucro kit has been in for more than a year - this is the first it's acted up at all.)

Anyone have any experience here that might lead to a quick fix??
