Todd, my 2004 Jetta GLI pimpster has been pretty good, so far. I sometimes pick up a bit of a rattle on the passenger side door frame, but not too often. My GLI has a manual tranny, so, I'm no help on the DSG set-up. Good luck and I think you'll like it.
