does 930 have BOV?

Is there any blow-off valve on 930? There is external wastegate that controls boost by bleeding exhaust gases, but on throttle liftoff you'll have turbo spinning, trying to blow into closed throttle which should cause overpressure and turbine-stall. On the other hand, i don't know if throttle is before or behind turbo on 930. If it's before turbo, than turbo would try to suck trough closed throttle which isn't so bad except that it would deccelerate turbine rapidly.
Can somebody enlighten me , please.
(Reason for this is that my other turbo-car, a Saab, has recirculation BOV which helps turbo spinning for a while even when you lift of the throttle but i never found anything like that on my P-car)
