Yes, there is a blow-off valve on the 930. The order of operations is turbine, blow-off valve, throttle. Under trailing/lift throttle conditions, the valve returns charge air back to the turbine in an effort to keep it spinning (this was a dubious plan, as a popular aftermarket accessory is a simple blow-off-to-atmosphere valve). If you pop your decklid and look under the CIS maze, you'll see a big alloy brick that is your intake casting- the pop-off is a very large part of this casting.
