Sorry Kyle forgot I was on an international forum.
HSV stands for Holden Secial Vehicle. They are factory supported satelite company who modify new cars to specs that are not normal with new car warranty. ie: your GTO is accually made here as the Monaro and HSV up grade the suspension, brakes, special interor, body kit and of course add a couple of extra KW's
