Mike, here is an old thread on how we got around the lack of swaybar mounts for the 69-71, I imagine you'll have the same issue with your 69.

Wevo sway mount on a '70

Sometimes I wish I hadn't gone as far as I did on the wiring, I'm in the midst of installing everything back in. It's easy to take it out, but a lot more difficult to put back in.... where does this wire go? type of thing. I took many pictures and used a label maker to mark everything... it took a long time but it's paying off now. Also remember that you don't have to unplug all the gauges, push the rubber seal through and push the gauge into the trunk. I used blue painter's tape to wrap the gauges along with the wiring, the blue tape is great because it doesn't leave much glue residue. Good luck on this weekends projects.
