What they said. Just replace and bleed as on a non-ABS car. You're not actually working on the ABS system, you're working on the foundation brake system.
The ABS system comprises the ECU (detached on these cars), HU (hydraulic unit - pump motor, valves, etc), the relays and valve coils attached to the HU (later ABS systems have a smaller attached ECU where the control board is integrated in with the relays and valve coils and drivers on top of the HU), obviously the sensors and tone rings, and misc wiring connecting it all (that's what I get for working at Bosch on these for 7-odd years
