Welcome to the party pal.
In 3yrs I went from 5'10" 190lbs (8% body-fat) to 220lbs( I don't even want to know my % is now). I can handle being a fat-ass but what really bothers me is the rapid loss of my sight. At this rate I'll be wearing binoculars by 50.
