Garage
Easy.

Make sure motor is cold. Have a fire extinguisher at hand. Get a rag to catch the fuel dribble. Carefully dissconnect the wiring plug to it. Disconnecct the vacuum hoses to it, top and side. Get the rag and put it underneath the WUR to absorb fuel. Take your 14mm wrench and disconnect the WUR to fuel distributor line and drain it into the rag. Move it out of the way without kinking it. Disconnect the other fuel line banjo fitting (mine's a 78 with nylon lines). Carefully remove it with the 2 copper washers and nut (locally difficult to find parts). Put them in a safe clean place. Get a 5mm hex socket and remove the bolts that hold it to the intake runner. Remove the fuel fitting from the old WUR and put it on the new one. Install the new one. Check for leaks. Before cranking, lift the sensor plate up to fill the return line with fuel (don't overdo it). Check for leaks again before starting the car!

Hope it helps.
