Yes.

Not quite as good, but similar performance.

The SSI's are equal length both sides. The stock early exchangers are slightly unequal on the passenger's side to facilitate easier install/removal.

Also, I've found the primary pipe I.D. to be much more consistent on the SSI's than on the old used factory HE's. SSI's are always exactly 35mm I.D., and I've seen many factory sets where some were 35mm, and others were as small as 33mm, presumeably from warpage.
