That's just the kind of unwarranted interference from government that I rail about constantly. Anyone wanting to post truthful information about their product shouldn't be stopped from doing so, and the federal government is prohibited from stopping the activity by the First amendment, except that the Supreme Court has decided that the First Amendment doesn't protect "Commercial" speech after all, even though the First Amendment and the rest of the Bill of Rights modified the whole of the Constitution when they were ratified.
