I've just discovered this crazy genre. Anyone heard of Gogol Bordello?
http://www.gogolbordello.com/home/ Meant to be big in NY, but down under, it was sheer bliss to my ears after hearing them played on the local independent radio station. I think their latest record has more of a dub/skar flavour. Sure is refreshing to hear some eastern european funk.
