Yup. Now also remember that full auto is really mean for short controlled bursts, and it takes time/practice/training to be able to do it right. The military didn't have it, so thats why M16 are only 3 shot bursts now, not true full auto.
BTW - depending on where you live, you can buy FA legally, although the guns are expensive - no more manufacture for us civlilian users since May of '86.
