I custom made a tool that fit perfectly into the wrist pin and allowed enough clearance to press on the bushing and still push all the way through. I had to use a hefty arbor press; a vise alone is not enough. You will need an extension bar as well to help push the bushing tool through, all of mine made a large sound once they loosened up. Go slow and don't get too frustrated and end up damaging them.
