Ah, Ha! I got it started. Runs rough but, it runs! I was troubleshooting everything and finally pulled some fuel from the tank and it didn't smell like gas should. Ran a fuel line directly to a gallon of gas...vroooom!

Now I need to drain off half tank of gas and dispose of it some how.

Next on my list is to possibly swap out the Dellortos and try a set of Webers I have. Can I pull the Dells off and install the Webers without taking off the manifolds? Do I need to be a German dwarf to accomplish this task?
