If Mule doesn't like some of the HP claims, he is not alone, most of us are saavy to the "up to 30% HP gains from a muffler" rules of the marketplace. Posting it as a question for all of us to try and explain the issue to him when he is as familiar with the answer as any of us is by definition a troll, and I am all done feeding this one.
