Thanks for getting back to me....I spent an hour or more this morning picking at the piece and eventually removed it from cylinder.....now I see I only have an old valet key to run the car but cannot access the front trunk so I guess I will take out the cylinder to get the proper key cut. There's always something fun to do with a 914!
