Todd sold some guy a car and now a few years later the guy asks Todd to help him sell it so he doesn't have to deal with tire kickers and looky lou's. Todd and the guy apparently have no formal arrangement, just a courtesy to a former customer, who may or may not decide give something to Todd in return.
As far as I can tell your just trying to be insulting, and failing to make something of nothing.
