My favorite move is to let people into the left lane who are trying to pass a slower vehicle in the right lane when the traffic won't let them in. I just takes a moment or two and having driven a truck I know how frustrating being trapped in the slow lane is. The vehicle almost always goes right back into the right lane after the passing move. Then when I pass I often get a friendly wave or toot of the air horn. Just my efforts to improve the impression of Porsche drivers.
