I figured it was dirt, but dirt retains MOISTURE (gasp) leading to r.....I can't say it. We have considersble moisture up here in the NW, distributed equally between the ground and the air.

The flares are just stretched out of the original metal with a hammer and dolly. I may go back and make a more pleasing shape this winter. The main idea was to get 7 inch rims and 225 tires under it.

I had never done anything like this before and thought fer sure I would really screw it up. As it is, I suppose they are OK.....but I can do better..................I think they need to be spread out over more of the fender surface, rather than being so abrupt.

Comments?....I still gots my hammer.
