IMHO, there are many ways to sell it.
If you just want to sell the concept, put together a simplified explanation with some powerpoint or similar slides, do some general figures or projected P&L's and try to figure out how to approach some of the big players like Google. Oh yeah, figure out how much you want for it.
Before you do all that, do some research to make sure its not out there already.
