Unlike more than half of the people I have sold parts to, CJ never haggled me on my asking price, even though he is a student as well. I'm not saying that like negotiation is a bad thing, nor am I calling my parts buyers cheap. However, it does show that CJ isn't merely out for himself. Reading the first post, it's pretty clear that he's asking how bad the fine will be...not "look at me, daddy is erasing my crime!"
You do need to get the Volvo going again...I don't think you'd want to do 70 in a 40 with it.
