Chinese men outnumber women there by 119 to every 100. It's bad. Yet, China has millions of women who want to marry western men. A dear female friend of mine, who's 24 yrs. old and highly educated, well off, etc., was just denied a tourist visa to come to the US because the the consular officer thought she might have intentions to stay. This, despite my inviation letter and after she put thousands of dollars in escrow with our embassy and has been to Europe a few times and always come home. I imagine fiance visas are a real PITA too.
