Unless you're a real stickler for originality, pick up a 25' coil of 3/8" aluminum fuel tubing from Jeg's or Summit Racing for about $18, cut and bend it to the size and shape you need, and never worry about it again.

One coil was enough to replace all the tubing on my '66 912 AND my '70 Bronco.
