It could. It also could simply be the summer weather conditions (temp and humidity) affecting your numbers.
I have had lots of discussions with many people about oil cooling, coolers, fan vs. no fan, pusher vs. puller fans, ram air ducts, etc. I have come to the conclusion that no one (at least I haven't found him) really knows what is going on aerodynamically in the wheel wells.
Your numbers are on the low side anyway so don't worry about it.
