Think about it first...
Guys, please re-read blk924s's original post. He confirmed high hydrocarbons with an emissions test AND high oxygen (lean) with a NEW O2 sensor. Bad FPR or incorrect FQS setting doesn't explain both of his symptoms. Unburnt fuel/air charge does. Either a cylinder is not firing or a bad exhaust valve is allowing the fuel/air charge to be pumped into the exhaust during the compression stroke.
