I am in the process of selling my V8, 914 running a 930 box. I will be entering the world of the 928. I will be looking for an S4 and have read a bit about the cars. I built my 914, engine, wiring etc and have no plains of farming out any jobs the shark needs (maybe a transmission but only after I fail a few times
) I have had enough of sticks, so an automatic will be my first choice but never say never. I want something I can take long trips in and the 914 is fantastic but a bit hard on long drives. I understand they are expensive to maintain and getting the right car is sooo important, so since I do all my own repairs I will do fine in that respect..
I love the look of the 928 but most of all the way its built. Its a real thing of beauty.
What do you guys like best about the way the 928 drives????
