jlex is correct, except that is not exactly what came with the earlier (70s and early 80s) cars. Those earlier cars did have a similar pump, but it came in a cardboard box. The one pictured above is the factory pump for the later car.
Not rare at all, in fact its one of those "loss leader" items that some dealers like to advertise in excellence, etc. Still, $30 is a price that can't be beat!
