I have no power at my #8 fuse and nothing on this circut works. Also, my directionals will come on when the car is turned off, but they do not blink. If I turn the ignition to accessory or start the car, the directionals will not come on or blink. Also, the blinker lights in the tach never com on. Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting these two problems? I suck at electrical puzzles!

ps. I have replaced all my fuses with new ones and the fuse panel looks corrosion free.
