Along with all else (fuel components and pressures ok, etc) be
sure the connectors for thermotime switch (under back of engine)
and cold start valve/injector (back of intake manifold) are clean, connected and functional.

Naturally, those two items should work, too. And the Auxillary
Air Valve.
