Well, it looks like I will be getting a new “S” in 2009, thanks to you. I “only hope” that my R12S is looked upon as a collectable (for BMW will probably drop/offer low interest rates to move through the remaining R12S’s) But as we all know, our hobby is not known for its great financial returns, and God knows I have not made a dime on one of the bikes that I have sold) However, being a man a who favors BMW’s flat twin design, which provide excellent gyroscopic's (the key to why these bikes handle so well) I am glad to see that they are moving forward with machines like the HP, that will/should offer even greater performance and refinement in the same way the current twin is to the previous twin. Anyway, have a good one, and when we both get our new HP’s will have share photos.
