[MAS956]

Does anyone have a hint for me as to how to compress this spring enough to get it onto the anchor stud bolted to the tranny? I've tried a C clamp and a large pair of channel lock pliers. Both w/o luck.

The other posts on the topic talk about all the force needed to get this done. I'm okay providing the force, I just can't seem to get reliable "purchase" anywhere to do so.
