well, on top of said steeds, I drive a Toyota, a BMW and a Volvo... now take a wild guess which one is the most reliable!?!?
Friend of mine learned at Mercedes Benz in Stuttgart and owns an independent Car Repair Shop... naturally specializing in German products... he would NOT buy a German car for himself anymore... kinda telling, isn't it?
...the HP Sport will give you marginally more motorcycle than you already get with the R12S... for considerably more money (how much exactly remains to be seen, but the euro/dollar ratio is not in your favor here...)... but you will definitely get one hell of an exclusive ride... fun and exciting no doubt... but I personally kinda got that out of the system when I bought the Duc...
When the Beemer came along, I learned that less can be a lot more... or more (as in weight) can still be more... any which way you look at it... I am sure that the folks who will buy the HP, will be happy... much like the ones who bought an R12S... and the ones who are still in love with their R11S
In the end, it does NOT matter which bike you are having fun on, for as long as you ARE having fun, wouldn't you agree?
