Ahhh yes the WUR!!!!
OK we spent much time trying to get this working properly on '78 Turbo! Rebuilt one, and then put in new one. No good! Still terrible at cold start, a little better after new unit, but not perfect.
Also stumped a professional mechanic after we gave up. Sorry can't help with this one
