Sorry, I can't answer any questions here, but in line with the knob...how is it removed?
I want to change mine, but I'm not sure on how to remove it.
Do I just pull up on it?
Screw it off?
I don't see any external set screw and there's no emblem on the top to remove and reveal any nut/clip.

Sorry for the noob question, but I don't want to assume it's like my other german car.
