Today, I went on the New Year's Drive with from the TRE Motorsports shop. I had the only 912 there. In fact, I had the only SWB Porsche there. My stock engined 912 was surrounded by SCs, 993s, some 944s, 996s, big-block iron, and the like. What I was so damn happy about was that through the mountains, I could really stay on some of the much newer cars (some 993s and 996s). Of course, when we got on a long enough straightaway, I was just a moving chicane. But it was great fun. (Scared my passenger a couple of times).
