The Neil Harvey one is going to be really advanced. It will have some sort of built in boost control (I can't remember all the details off the top of my head), and you will be able to set every part of the power curve to deliver the fuel you want.
yeah, EFI is better, but try getting your car EFI for under 4-5,000 grand, and tuned right. So it will probably be a viable alternative.
To me it sounded worth the money when you would spend half that amount to get the Leask two part set up with that rpm selector.
