Its a sealed unit, so the insert is not removable. You can send them out to Koni to have them rebuilt (there is another place in the US that can do it, but i forgot the name). Koni part #8742-1007 if you wanted to order new ones through Koni. Originally the M030 struts were only single adjustable but you can now order them and they are double adjustable. I am sure these are still available directly from Porsche as well, both options are probably very expensive. I think your best bet is to have your current set rebuilt.
