You can try to shoehorn a law through that "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" verbiage, but I think you'll find it
very difficult.

The "anchor baby" argument is a meaningless distraction!! It makes no difference! Everyone go back to talking about how walls stop people from moving from one place to another
