Hate to say this Rick, but I think you have it figured out...old style ballot box stuffing, once rumored to happen only in Chicago? It's nationational now. Far as I'm concerned? Voting? Might as well play 3 card Monte the streets of any major city. IMHO, elections are rigged...That's why I no longer vote. The only silver lining? I'm less likely to be called to Jury duty...which brings up another topic of rigged systems...
