First start issue: SOLVED

Hi,

Here is an update after exactly 1 month. Here is what I did on the engine:
1- Remove the engine
2- Remove EFI, shroud, RH cam tower an #5 head.
3- After inspection I found the #5 hole on the oil spray was clogged. MBEngineering, your diagnostic was really good, thank you.
4- I blow the bar with compressed air (which I already did during the rebuilt... but not good)
5- Reassemble everything
6- Cam timing (both side)
7- Put the engine back in the car yesterday afternoon
8- Assemble SSI + Dansk
9- General check, ffresh oil, electrical and fuel connections...
10- Starting procedure and... it started right after builing the oil pressure. It ran smooth (2000 rpm per Wayne's recommendation) and without any strange noise. So my diagnosic / reparation was good.

The only thing is that I didn't need to disassemble the engine. Anyway, now it runs fine. I need to drain oil, set the timing, re-set the rocker gaps and drive it

Thank you for your advice.

Vincent
